Our work is at 3 levels :

  • Whole organisation - Business performance improvement relies on a culture of leadership excellence and employee engagement. We are experienced in whole scale change and raising standards through shifting the attitudes and behaviour of managers and staff
  • Group/Team – the dynamics, politics and power struggles within teams are key to results. Working with teams who are dysfunctional, underperforming, newly formed  or just wishing to grow 'from good to great" is the most regular request from clients. (See also We-Q page)
  • Individual – one to one coaching. We have long experience of creating close and challenging relationships with clients. We encourage individuals to step up with their humanity, talent and values to make powerful choices in their professions and their lives.
